FREE CONSULTATIONS: I can usually fit in person consultations quickly if you contact me via text message 780-772-0799. I can also do consultations via text or online if you provide me photos. Photos or in person consultations are required when you have previous permanent makeup work done elsewhere.

​Important Appointment Scheduling Information

 

Due to high demand please plant to make your appointment at least two months in advance. If your schedule is flexible and you would like to try to get in sooner, please provide days/times to me that may work should a cancellation or reschedule happen.

WEEKENDS/EVENINGS: I do Saturday appointments in the spring/fall/winter and only special occasions of evenings. In the summer (end of May-Sept) I do evening appointments during the week but do not work weekends. Please contact me if you are needing a certain appointment and I will try my best to accommodate you.

PROCEDURE DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED:

-$100 via Etransfer or Credit/Debit at time of booking for any new initial Permanent Makeup (PMU) procedure.

-$60 after booking any PMU Touchup or Color Refresh. (2nd touch-ups are exempt from this)

Your appointment slot is NOT guaranteed until the deposit is received via Etransfer to kelsieepp@live.ca or if you choose Credit/Debit; a deposit payment request will be sent directly to your email. This down payment will go toward your procedure, but it becomes NON refundable if you are more than 15 min late, NO SHOW your appointment or CANCEL without 48 hrs notice of your appointment time.

 

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule online or by contacting me up to 48 hrs before your appointment should you need to and your downpayment will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling sometimes isn’t avoidable but please try to keep your scheduled appointments. Rescheduling can many times result in having to move your appointment out by two months. Rescheduling clients can eat up a lot of my time for this one-woman show, please be mindful to respect my time as I always will yours. If you have reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment there will be a $60 rescheduling fee.

CANCELLING: If you change your mind or as we all know, life unexpected events happen- please let me know immediately via text, Instagram/FB message or email and I will refund your full downpayment if it is atleast 48hours before your scheduled procedure.

 

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: CASH(preferred), Etransfer, Credit or Debit. Please keep in mind when using credit cards at a small businesses like mine that we are charged large fees off the top of our already struggling profits while credit card companies offer you incentives to use them.

PLEASE NOTE: Cosmetic tattooing is at least a two step process. Your initial appointment is to lay the foundation of your cosmetic procedure. Rarely do we see optimal results after only the first treatment. The touch-up appointment is to fix any imperfections and generally the skin is more accepting of the ink in this appointment as well. Its never going to be 100% perfect because WE are not perfect, your face nor my hand! If you are looking for perfection, I am not the artist for you, but I sure as heck am going to try my absolute best. Due to the nature of various skin, results can never be guaranteed but rest assured I will do everything in my power to make sure you leave here happy and confident. If something is presented after review of client medical history and I determine the procedure should not be performed, a full refund will be given.

REFUNDS:

No refunds will be given for any services performed.

LATE POLICY:

If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment your booking fee becomes non refundable and your appointment will be cancelled. 

  

PMU TOUCH UP(S) POLICY:

Policy is to book your touchup ($140) within 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. I can be lenient for many circumstances if I am made aware of them. It is your responsibility to book your touchup within that time frame. Due to the totally unpredictable nature of different skin type responses to the healing of permanent makeup, should you deem a secondary touchup necessary for your own desired results it will be $60 and must be booked 8 -10 weeks after the first touch-up. Any “touch-ups” booked after 12 weeks of the last procedure become a “color boost” ($180).
